Returns Policy

Goods incorrectly ordered or surplus to requirements can only be accepted back for credit with our prior agreement and if received by us unused,
in non-tampered packaging, within one month of invoice date and accompanied by this form.  Return Form  Such goods will be subject to a handling charge of 20%.

Delivery Charges

There is a minimum order value of £30.00. Any orders below £30.00 will be subject to a £2.95 delivery charge.
We do not apply delivery charges apart from Erio parts and precious metals or orders below £30.00. Please refer to Clause 8 of the Terms & Conditions which states all of our exceptions to not applying delivery charges.
