Playsafe Triple is a latex free, rubbery, tough, soft-elastic thermoforming material specifically designed for making mouthguards.

Playsafe Triple has three layers but these are pre-layered at the manufacturing stage. This means that the bond between the layers is guaranteed. The result is a mouth guard that offers the same level of protection as the best traditional three-layered mouthguards, but is lighter, less bulky and therefore more comfortable when worn. 


 
Playsafe Triple range comes in two thicknesses:
PLAYSAFE TRIPLE - Thickness 5.5mm (EVA 2.5mm / COC 1.0mm / EVA 2.0mm)
and
PLAYSAFE TRIPLE-LIGHT - Thickness 4.1mm (EVA 1.5mm / COC0.6mm / EVA 2.0mm)
the thinner Playsafe Triple-light is particularly well suited to children who will have smaller mouths so less tolerance for bulkier mouthguards.

Up to 16 logos will be printed on to an Erkoflex (thickness 0.7 mm) foil, size of 125 x 125 mm.
A high-quality UV printing technique allows Erkodent to print preferred designs in intense colours directly onto the foil.

The customer is responsible for ensuring logos and designs do not breach trademarks.
